The menu

Everything is baked to order. Choose from the flavours below, then send me an enquiry and I'll confirm the price and a date for collection.

Chocolate Cake

Chocolate sponge, chocolate buttercream, dark chocolate ganache and chocolate decoration.

Vanilla Cake

Vanilla sponge, raspberry jam, vanilla buttercream and fresh fruit.

Lemon Cake

Lemon sponge, homemade lemon curd, lemon buttercream and candied lemon peel.

Coffee Cake

Coffee sponge, coffee buttercream, toasted walnuts and chocolate decoration.

Carrot Cake

Carrot cake, citrus mascarpone filling and vanilla buttercream.

A typical 8-inch cake serves approximately 12–16. I'll talk through size and final price with you once I've received your enquiry.

Allergens

My bakes contain gluten (wheat), eggs and milk, and the Coffee cake contains walnuts. I bake in a home kitchen where nuts and other allergens are also used, so I can't guarantee that any bake is completely free from them. If you or anyone you're baking for has an allergy, please tell me when you order and I'll talk you through the ingredients.
